CANCELLATION&REFUND

SACHU AUGUSTINE GROUPS Refund Policy

Disclaimer: In the event of any discrepancy or conflict, the English version will prevail over the translation.

Once we receive your return or the seller notifies us of receipt of return, as the case may be, a refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account (in case of Pay on Delivery orders).

Refunds will not be processed in cash.

For Fulfilled by SACHU AUGUSTINE GROUP(FBA) orders:

1. If the payment method, which you used to make the payment (such as credit/ debit card) at the time of purchase, is no longer valid, refund will be issued through a demand draft.

2. If we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, refund will be issued through a demand draft.

We will send you an e-mail asking you to call us and provide your name and address where you want the demand draft to be sent. After we receive these details, refund will be initiated.

For Seller-Fulfilled orders:

1. For damaged/ defective items, the seller will issue a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

2. In any case where a refund is required, the seller(s) need to authorise that refund. SACHU AUGUSTINE GROUPS can assist in facilitating refunds for you only when the seller notifies us of the receipt of the item. Once the seller notifies us of the receipt of the return item, the above refund time period will apply for processing refunds.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Fulfilled by SACHU AUGUSTINE GROUPS items:

For certain products sold on SACHU AUGUSTINE GROUPS, the customer will have an option of Guaranteed Morning, Same-Day, One/Two-Day Delivery. The Guaranteed Delivery options are available on Eligible items in select cities.

SACHU AUGUSTINE GROUPS provides you a variety of delivery options to fulfill customer needs. Here is a list of SACHU AUGUSTINE GROUPS delivery options and charges applicable.

Note:

Shipping speeds cannot be expedited.
Once an order is placed, you cannot change the shipping address.

These charges apply only on Fulfilled by SACHU AUGUSTINE GROUPS items.

*You can only choose Morning delivery and Same-Day delivery for residential addresses.
*We deliver by 11 am for Morning delivery and by 10 pm for Same-Day delivery.
**Standard Delivery charges are free for orders that cost ₹499 or more.
**We deliver orders placed with Standard Delivery in two or more days after they ship. You see the estimated delivery date before you place the order.
***The applicable delivery charge will be levied even for multiple quantities of the same product. The ship fee per item structure is limited to standard and fast track speeds for customers.
